Salar de Uyuni Colours & Lagoons 4 days / 3 nights (4-star)

Upon arrival in Uyuni, our representative will meet you at the bus station , will be the visit to the Train Cemetery Later we go to the town of COLCHANI where the salt processing center is visited, a complete explanation of the drying, grinding and packaging process will be available. Then we will go to the salar, making the first stop in the OJOS DE Salar, where you can see the internal activity of the salar, then we will go to PLAYA BLANCA, “Salt Hotel-Museum”, and the first of its kind. 

At noon we will visit the “Incahuasi Island” in the middle of the Salt flat; there are extraordinary calcareous rocks, large populations of Cactus, caves, tunnels and a spectacular 360 grades panoramic view of the Salt Flat. We will continue our tour to the north part of the salt flat visiting a local museum, where we will be able to see pre-Columbian mummies. Enjoy the sun set in the saltflats then return to the

Overnight Hotel de Sal

After breakfast, the tour will start with a trip to the Chiquini Caves and Coquesa where you will visit a cave containing pre-Incan mummies. Continue the drive uphill towards a lookout located at the base of the Thunupa Volcano where you will enjoy of incredible views of the Salt Flats.

Overnight Tayka Hotel Sal

We cross the infinite salt plane from north to south, leaving it behind we will travel along the volcanoes range with their eternal snow going to Lípez, there we will have a view of the Ollagüe Volcano at the distance. Then we restart the trip to the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve, where we will appreciate the svelte figure of the wild Vicuñas, while we get to the lagoons of Cañapa,

Hedionda and Honda where you will see the three variety’s of flamingos typical and unique from the Andean regionThen we will arrive to the Siloli Desert where we will have some time to take pictures of this magnificent landscape

Overnight: Los Flamencos Eco Hotel

This day we need to get up very early (at 6:30 approximately), our first activity is the visit to the Stone Tree, famous rock formation in the Desert, later then heading towards the LAGUNA COLORADA, unique site in its type, due to the biodiversity of the place home and nursing place of the flamingos, later we go to SOL DE MAÑANA where the FUMAROLAS (geyser) are located to observe the volcanic activity of the region, then we go to POLQUES where the passenger can enjoy the hot springs,

Later we will get to the Dali Desert, there are surrealist columns of stones sculpted by the wind. After that, we will appreciate the Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon), one of the pearls of the Reserve at its best moment; we are now at the foot of Licancabur volcano. Then continue to the border, Hito Cajon Migration Place, continue trip to San Pedro de Atacama  .
