This program is an exclusive program offering weekly charter flights every Friday from Madrid, designed to explore the wonders of Egypt with the comfort and efficiency of a direct journey. This once-in-a-lifetime experience takes travellers through Aswan, Luxor and Cairo, with visits to iconic sites such as the Temples of Abu Simbel and the Pyramids of Giza. Luxurious accommodations on Nile cruise ships and select hotels, coupled with meticulously planned excursions, ensure a deeply cultural and memorable experience.

Egypt Closer To You (Charter Operation Every Friday from Madrid)

Day 01 – Aswan

Arrival at Aswan Airport. Meet and assist upon arrival, followed by transfer to the Nile cruise. Light dinner served in the cabins and overnight on board.


Day 02 – Aswan / Kom Ombo

Full board on board. Optional excursion to the Temples of Abu Simbel. Early morning visit to the Temple of Philae. Sail towards Kom Ombo. Lunch and dinner on board.


Day 03 – Kom Ombo / Edfu / Esna / Luxor

Full board on board. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue to Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved temple in Egypt. Continue towards Esna. After crossing the Esna Lock, sail onwards to Luxor. Overnight on board.


Day 04 – Luxor / Cairo

Breakfast. Morning visit to the Theban Necropolis, including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise. Lunch and included visit to the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples. At the scheduled time, transfer to Luxor Airport for the flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight.


Day 05 – Cairo

Breakfast. Included excursion to the iconic Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, the impressive Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre. Guests may optionally continue with an excursion to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) to explore its most iconic galleries, including the extraordinary Tutankhamun Treasures Hall, showcasing the young pharaoh’s funerary treasures, and the fascinating Solar Boats Gallery, revealing the symbolism and engineering behind these ritual vessels. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 06 – Cairo

Breakfast and optional full-day excursion to Saqqara, where you will discover the world’s first stone monument. Continue with a visit to the Citadel of Saladin, the impressive Alabaster Mosque and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, renowned for the historic Golden Parade of the Royal Mummies. Lunch included, followed by a stroll through the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 07 – Alexandria

Breakfast and day dedicated to an optional visit to Alexandria, known as the Pearl of the Mediterranean. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa and Qaitbay Citadel before lunch. Continue with a stop outside the Mosque of Mursi Abu al-Abbas, the Library of Alexandria and the Montazah Gardens to enjoy panoramic views of King Farouk’s Palace. At the scheduled time, return to Cairo. Arrival and overnight at the hotel.


Day 08 – Cairo / Madrid

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Check-in procedures and boarding of the return flight to Spain.

Mandatory Supplement:

  • There is a mandatory fee of 105 euros per person payable upon arrival, which covers the Egyptian entry visa and gratuities for the entire trip.
  • During the free visa promotion period - Departures from 01 May to 31 October 2026, the supplement is 75 euros.

Itinerary and Logistics:

Rates and Changes:

  • In the event of increases in fuel costs, entrance fees to monuments, airport taxes, or changes in the exchange rate of the Egyptian pound against the euro, Galaxia Tours reserves the right to adjust our rates accordingly.
  • Confirmed hotels and ships may change up to 30 days before departure due to quota management, overbooking, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • The schedules of international flights and the airlines that operate may change due to unforeseen circumstances or decisions by civil aviation authorities.


Flight Confirmation:

  • It is always required to reconfirm the airline and the definitive schedules 21 days before departure.
  • The domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo will be informed at the destination 24 hours before.


Children's Policy:

  • Children from 0 to 1.99 years: Free of charge on land services (without the right to a bed) and on flights (without the right to a seat).
  • Children from 2 to 11.99 years: Sharing with 2 adults: they pay 65% of the double occupancy rate on land services and 100% on air tickets. Sharing with 1 adult: they pay 65% of the single occupancy rate on land services and 100% on air tickets.
  • From 12 years old: full adult rate on land services and air tickets.
