Experience a deep immersion in the Amazon Rainforest and get closer to the culture, knowledge, and way of life of the Paiter Suruí people in Rondônia. Amid the vast green landscape of the Amazon, this experience invites you to leave behind the pace of everyday life and connect more deeply with the forest, its sounds, flavors, stories, and ancestral knowledge. The experience takes place in the Sete de Setembro Indigenous Territory, in Cacoal, Rondônia, with arrival at the welcoming Yabnaby Tourist Space, prepared to receive visitors seeking learning, connection, and respect. Throughout the experience, Suruí hosts share their stories and guide visitors through different activities that reveal the region's cultural and natural richness. Highlights include visits to Paiter Suruí villages, where you can discover traditional architecture, observe everyday practices, listen to songs, learn about body painting, and connect with knowledge passed down from generation to generation. The experience also allows you to discover unique flavors, such as freshly roasted coffee grown in harmony with the forest. For those who wish to get even closer to nature, forest trails become a true open-air classroom. Accompanied by local guides, you can discover trees and plants, learn about their traditional uses, and observe animal tracks. Along the way, the forest reveals itself through its details, sounds, and movements, offering possible encounters with the region's biodiversity, such as macaws flying across the sky. More than simply discovering a destination, Yabnaby Tourism offers an encounter with a living culture and a way of relating to the forest based on knowledge and respect. The Paiter Suruí are also protagonists of reforestation projects and initiatives that demonstrate how natural resources can be used sustainably.
